Why do we have to add chemical?
The Custom Ultrasonics System 83 disposes 3 to 4 ounces of chemical down the drain each cycle to prevent dilution of the chemical being transferred back to the chemical reservoir.

The cycle will not start and the monitor shows a minimum reservoir temperature not achieved?
If the chemical you are using needs to achieve a certain temperature, per the manufacturer’s label, the System 83 will not begin the cycle until the chemical reservoir has achieved the minimum operating temperature.

I have noticed that we have to add chemical more often than normal what could be the problem?
There may be debris in the drain and/or residual drain solenoids valve and they need to be cleaned immediately. Be sure to complete your Preventative Maintenance on a quarterly basis to ensure that your System 83 performs up to specification.
