Endoscopy Capital Equipment Sales Representative


For over 30 years Custom Ultrasonics has been providing quality systems that automatically clean and disinfect flexible endoscopes.

We have developed our Washer/Disinfector taking into consideration the increased use of endoscopy in hospitals and medical practices, the wider range of disinfectants, and the Federal regulations for a standardizes process. It has become critical to have appropriate high-level disinfection and to ensure infection prevention and control.

Custom Ultrasonics is currently looking for Independent Sales Representatives for our product line of Endoscopy capital equipment and accessories.  The Sales Representative is responsible for growing market share and exceeding sales goals.  Strong relationships with physicians, surgery centers, and hospitals that perform endoscopies, outstanding interpersonal skills, a strategic approach is needed to establish and maintain relationships that result in customer satisfaction, retention, and acquisition by combining sales skills, excellent customer service abilities and through knowledge of our System 83 Plus product line and the market they address.

Locations: All US States


  • Minimum of 3 years in the medical capital equipment market.  Knowledge of Endoscopy/Gastroenterology preferred.
  • Demonstrate ability to work independently and exercise good business judgment and discretion and to analyze and address territory opportunities and build key customer relationships.
  • Solid Business acumen including excellent and persuasive business communication.
  • Consistent track record of quantifiable sales results.
  • Provide follow-up and customer assistance post sale.
  • Provide in-depth technical expertise regarding the System 83 Plus and accessories.
  • Communicate competitive information and market information internally throughout the organization

Field Technician Service

Custom Ultrasonics, Inc. – Ivyland, PA
General Summary:

A Field Technician Service employee must troubleshoot via email, phone, or in-person, work to repair or maintain Custom Ultrasonics machines or equipment, and maintain the files for each Custom Ultrasonics machine.

Essential Functions:

Assist the service and in-service technicians with technical questions and address customer concerns.  Answer incoming phone calls, and documents events accordingly.  Troubleshoot on phone/email, and respond professionally.  Help CU salesmen in all forms of systems sales/ service/ installs/ hospital personnel.

Production Technician

General Summary:

A Production Technician assembles parts to create large or heavy sub-assemblies and complete units.

Essential Functions:

The technician tests parts to ensure that they meet specifications and perform preventative maintenance on equipment.  Manufacturing quality products according to established company procedures and job specific instructions.  Must be able to safely and efficiently use and operate equipment, tools, machines, and vehicles.

West Coast Field Service Technician

Custom Ultrasonics, Inc. – San Francisco Bay Area, CA
General Summary:

Must be able to troubleshoot via email, phone or in person, work to repair and maintain Custom Ultrasonics equipment.  Will be dispatched for service and preventative maintenance calls.  Out of state travel is a requirement with this position, must track expenses and maintain Device History Files as well as Installation and training of Custom Ultrasonics equipment at facilities.
